Another SOP simulation with IYKRA team on 27 Feb. 2020. While sales process can be very random, certain business process must be in place. And that’s exactly what IYKRA team wanted to achieve.

After assessment a while ago, we had the opportunity to sit together with sales team, to review the process flow by role-playing the activities, and to simulate the SOP. By working as a team, we were able to conduct the whole process and celebrated with pizza!

With one SOP left to simulate, I’m pretty sure we will be able to complete it very soon. Good job guys!
