I feel honored to be co-facilitator in “Operational and Service Excellence” training series for SKK Migas on 16-17 July 2020. My part was to share my knowledge about organizational agility and kanban technique.

We discussed how strategic the position of SKK Migas in Indonesia’s oil and gas industry, and to work primarily with key stakeholders ranged from top multinational giant companies with their own interests and as well as with our government and other institutions.

I hope our 2 half-day training and the rest of training series will help the organization to operate faster and transparent.
