We had a great 4-half day “Scrum for Agile Organization” public class training from 16 – 19 November 2020 hosted by PPM Manajemen.
It was an exciting moment to see so many agile enthusiasts from different organizations who had learned that agile is a mindset and scrum is the framework of doing agile. What more importantly is that we all recognize the 5 scrum values: courage, focus, commitment, respect, and openness. Without them, it will be hard to implement scrum, if not impossible.
I hope that the participants will be able to spread the agility within their organization to be more efficient and more agile!
