Another training for PT PLN (Persero) but different topic, this one was Easy PMP Exam Preparation on 14-16 December 2020. I was really happy to meet project management enthusiastic from one of the largest state-owned enterprises of Indonesia.
Specifically, we talked a lot about quality management as PLN’s projects are very critical and therefore the quality must be planned, executed, and monitored properly. Obviously, risk management is one of the most important aspects in PLN’s projects and we simulated it end-to-end processes from determining the risk appetite, designing the probability and impact matrix and to monitoring the response plan of each prioritized risk. Last but not least, we learned a lot about people skill when managing projects, such as interpersonal and team skills.
