It was always exciting to meet training participants coming from non-IT world. And the reason is that I would also be able to learn something new from them, which was the case during Applied Project Management training from 2-4 August 2021.
We simulate a project planning session from defining the project objective using project charter, breaking down the project scope using WBS, developing the project schedule using MS Project and also a bit of Kanban method, all the way to identifying risk and stakeholders.
I hope the training would help them to practice a new technique in order to increase the successful project delivery in their organization.
