After almost 2 years, we are back to have face-to-face training with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan team on 11-12 October 2021. We learned a lot during the training, from understanding the importance of interaction throughout the project, maintaining positive energy, simulating pairing techniques preparing scope of the project, as well as exploring two scheduling approach using Gantt Chart and Kanban techniques. I really enjoyed the time spent with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan team, and I hope our training will improve the quality of their work. Good luck, guys!
