Applied Project Management for Surya Madistrindo (Gudang Garam)

It was always exciting to have face-to-face training, no technology can replace the interaction! We had Applied Project Management training from 17-19 January 2023. We simulate a project planning session from defining the project objective using project charter, breaking down the project scope using WBS, developing the project schedule using MS Project and also a bit of Kanban method, all the way to identifying risk and stakeholders. I hope the training would help them to practice a new technique in order to increase the successful project delivery in their organization.
