Consulting

I can help your organization on designing, building, and deploying PMO (Project Management Office).
Not enough? I can be in charge to handle your project directly. I have many experiences in various industries, such financial, oil and gas, government (ministry and BUMN), manufacture, tech. company, and start-up.

Training

I give various trainings to my clients, from basic project management, PMP exam preparation, Agile, project scheduling tools (MS Project,Trello, etc.), to people skill such as public speaking and communication. Basically anything that a project manager needs to learn.

Coaching

While project management skill is very situational and heavily dependent on the organization, I also help my clients to give coaching clinic that will enable the project managers to master the skill and implement the knowledge on the real-world situation. Practice makes perfect!
