It was always exciting to meet training participants with non-IT background. And the reason is that I would also be able to learn something new from them, which was the case during Agile and Scrum from 12-14 January 2022.
We start out with agile mindset and the reason why we need to change the way we work. We continue to explore some agile techniques, such as sprint, backlog, story points,etc. And we finally learn how to use agile tools using Trello.
I hope the training would help them to practice a new technique in order to increase the successful project delivery in their organization.
