Agile Implementation for PLN

I’m thrilled to get the opportunity to do 3-day Agile Implementation training for PT. PLN (Persero) on 29-31 March 2022. Transforming a team or even an organization will take huge effort, but every journey starts with a single step. Rather than waiting for ideal time, why not just get started right away? In the VUCA era, everything is possible, planning must no longer be perfect but rather our adaptation skill is more required. I hope our training will help PLN team in embracing changes with the new way of thinking!
